For instance, if you think a couple of the young contestants have a good chance, but you can't choose one, take the under 24 bet at a whopping +425.

By the way, with Howard Stern and several websites devoted to advancing Sanjaya, his chances of making the Top 5 at +200 is one of the best money wagers on the board. The regional wagers are not according to the contestant's place of birth. It's according to where the contestant auditioned. This keeps it nice and simple, but you need to keep that in mind while you're betting.

The maximum on these bets is $50. Once the winner's name becomes public knowledge, betting is over. If somehow two contestants win American Idol, it is a "No Bet" and no refund.
