The main event was the Middleweight title match between Frank Trigg (champion) and "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler (former champion). Here's a rundown on how everything turned out:

2. Ryan Lee defeats Jay Bolos by Unanimous Decision after 3 rounds.
3. Scott Anderson defeats PJ Dean by Unanimous Decision after 3 rounds.
4. Kimo Wolfel defeats Dereck Keasley by a Split Decision after 3 rounds.
5. Kala Kolohe Hose defeats Ron Verdadero by KO in the 1st round.
6. Justin Buchholz defeats Marshall Harvest by KO in the 1st round.
7. Jeremy Williams defeats Charles Jones by TKO in the 3rd round.
8. Poai Suganuma defeats Nate Carey by Unanimous Decision after 3 rounds.
9. Jason "Mayhem" Miller defeats Hector Urbina by TKO in the 1st round. Going into the fight, Miller was a -450 favorite, while Urbina was a +300 underdog.
10. Renato Verissimo defeats Lars Haven by TKO in the 1st round.
11. Robbie Lawler defeats Frank Trigg by KO in the 4th round. Going into the fight, Trigg was a -260 favorite, and Lawler was a +200 underdog.
