Ultimate Fight Night Preview - UFC on Spike TV!

Tuesday night, June 12th, will see the UFC put on their latest action-packed MMA card. Entitled Ultimate Fight Night, it’s also known to fans as Fight Night 10. The event will be broadcast live from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida and shown on Spike TV. As always, Bodog has all the odds for the fight.
SAM STOUT VS. SPENCER “KING” FISHER
The main event of the show features lightweight Spencer Fisher looking to avenge his split decision loss to Canadian knockout artist Sam Stout. There’s no title on the line, but you can bet that both men will be throwing punches with bad intentions.
In their first fight, Fisher took the bout on short notice and had to quickly drop 20 pounds to make the 155 pound limit. He then stepped into the Octagon with an opponent who’s accustomed to throwing bomb after bomb. In many ways, Fisher deserves credit for even being able to go the distance that night.
This time, however, there will be no excuses. Fisher has had plenty of time to prepare, and the winner of this match will no doubt be propelled up the ladder of the lightweight division. Keep in mind, by the way, that Fisher was knocked out for the first time in his career in his last fight against Hermes Franca.
The current Bodog odds stand at:
Spencer Fisher -260
Sam Stout +200
JON FITCH VS. ROAN CARNEIRO
Having racked up an excellent MMA record of 13-2, Jon Fitch may be the most talented welterweight who you’ve never seen on television. Despite the fact that he has wins over people like Shonie Carter and Thiago Alves, he seems destined to spent most of his career on the UFC undercard. He’s hoping to change that with this fight.
His opponent will be Roan Carneiro, a Brazilian Top Team member who debuted in the UFC in April, winning a unanimous decision over Rich Clementi. In the past Carneiro has lost to Ryo Chonan and Anderson Silva, but he still possesses a formidable ground game.
Currently, Bodog has the odds as follows:
Roan Carneiro +275
Jon Fitch -350
THE REST OF THE CARD
Gleison Tibau (-450) vs. Jeff Cox (+325)
Nate Mohr (-165) vs. Luke Caudillo (+135)
Jason Black (-150) vs. Thiago Tavares (+120)
Luigi Fioravanti (-295) vs. Forrest Petz (+235)
Pete Spratt (+120) vs. Tamdan McCrery (-150)
Drew McFedries (-145) vs. Jordan Radev (+115)
Anthony Johnson vs. Chad Reiner (This fight is schedules, but Bodog did not provide a betting line.)
