Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale - Full Results

On Saturday night, MMA fans witnessed the latest contribution from the UFC. Airing for free on Spike TV, viewers were treated to the season finale of The Ultimate Fighter 6. And what a night it was! For a free show, this was one helluva event, and it was actually better than several UFC pay-per-views from 2007.

Let’s take a look at the winners and losers of the event.

Ultimate Fighter 6 Results

Jonathan Goulet defeated Paul Georgieff with a rear naked choke at 4:42 of the first round.

Roman Mitichyan defeated Dorian Price with an ankle lock 23 seconds into the first round.

Matt Arroyo defeated John Kolosci with an armbar at 4:42 of the first round.

Troy Mandaloniz defeated Richie Hightower by TKO at 4:20 of the first round.

Bem Saunders defeated Dan Barrera by unanimous decision.

George Sotiropolous defeated Billy Miles with a rear naked choke at 1:36 of the first round.

Jon Koppenhaver defeated Jared Rollins by TKO at 2:01 of the third round.

Mac Danzig defeated Tommy Speer by rear naked choke at 2:01 of round one. Mac Danzig wins the 6th season of TUF and gets a six-figure contract to fight in the UFC.

Roger Huerta defeated Clay Guida by rear naked choke at 51 seconds of the third round.

Afterwards, it was announced that Forrest Griffin would serve as a coach on the 7th season of The Ultimate Fighter. It was later learned that the other coach would be Quinton “Rampage” Jackson. No doubt, that means that a match between Jackson and Griffin will take place sometime in 2008.

Next up, UFC 79: Nemesis on December 29th, featuring Georges St. Pierre vs. Matt Hughes and Wanderlei Silva vs. Chuck Liddell.
