Six online casinos recently received some bad news. Music Hall, Nostalgia, UK Casino Club, Golden Reef, Challenge and I Big Casino have all had their right to display the eCOGRA “safe and fair” seal revoked.

The sites, all belonging to Casino Action in Kahnawake, failed to meet the required standards during the seal renewal process. According to eCOGRA, the sites did not conform to their “generally accepted practices.” Translation: there was something rotten in Denmark (or, in this case, Kahnawake).

eCOGRA ensures that online games are fair and honest, and attention is also paid to the safety of deposits and withdrawals. This is the type of bad publicity that can sink an online casino. Arctic Poker, part of the Casino Action family, also had their certificate pulled. But unlike the above casinos, they simply failed to have it renewed in time. Still, it makes you wonder.
