UEFA Cup - Matches and Bodog Odds

As I write this, a whole mess of UEFA Cup matches are just hours away. What’s the UEFA Cup, you ask? Well, if you’re from Europe, then you undoubtedly know the answer already. But if you’re from the U.S., then you might need a little refresher course.

THE UEFA CUP?

Also known as the European Cup 3, it’s a competition held for European club teams. Next to the UEFA Champions League, it is the most important competition for European football clubs.

It originally began in 1971 and merged with the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1999. The reigning champions are Sevilla FC, and they’ve won back-to-back titles.

The finals for this year’s competition will be held at City of Manchester Stadium.

Without a doubt, there will be plenty of excitement and lots of men of different nationalities rolling around on the ground and faking injuries.
