PLOT AND CAST

Set in 1957, Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) has settled nicely into his role as a university professor. But he’s called back into action when Soviet agents (led by Cate Blanchett as Irina Spalko) try to get their grubby Communist hands on the crystal skull, a mystical artifact of great power. Along the way, he’s assisted by ex-lover Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen), greaser Mutt Williams (Shia LaBeouf), and friend and competitor Mac (Ray Winstone). John Hurt and Jim Broadbent will also make appearances in the film.
