Dancing With the Stars Eliminates Priscilla Presley

Dancing With the Stars was back for another episode on Tuesday night, and this time it was Priscilla Presley who got kicked off. The 62-year-old widow of Elvis Presley finished with the lowest score of the week, and her rumba only captured 21 out of 30 points.

Presley admitted to a weekly combination of candles and yoga to calm her nerves, but the tactic ultimately failed her in the end. Still, he did manage to outlast the likes of Adam Carolla, Steve Guttenberg, Penn Jillette and Monica Seles.

Like all the contestants so far, Presley was upbeat after her elimination. “This has been an incredible experience,” she said. “It is life-changing…I learned so much about myself and all the things I can do.”

With her elimination, seven celebrity dancers now remain, including Marlee Matlin, Marissa Jaret Winokur, Cristian de la Fuente, Shannon Elizabeth, Mario, Jason Taylor and Kristi Yamaguchi.

This week’s high score was Kristi Yamaguchi, while Marlee Matlin had the second-lowest score. The show airs each Tuesday night on ABC.
