The seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter officially concluded on Saturday night in Las Vegas with The Ultimate Finale. Below, I have listed the full results for each fight. Preliminary Card
(Middleweight) Tim Credeur vs. Cale Yarbrough - This bout was cancelled after Credeur tested positive for a banned substance.
(Welterweight) Matt Arroyo vs. Matt Brown - Brown won by TKO at 3:40 into the second round.
(Middleweight) Rob Kimmons vs. Rob Yundt - Kimmons won via guillotine choke at 3:58 of the first round.
(Middleweight) Marvin Eastman EVEN vs. Drew McFedries -130 - McFedries won by TKO at 1:08 of Round One.
(Welterweight) Josh Burkman -220 vs. Dustin Hazelett +180 - Hazelett won by armbar submission at 4:46 of Round Two.
(Middleweight) Jeremy Horn -140 vs. Dean Lister +110 - Lister won by guillotine choke at 3:52 of the first round.

Main Card
(Middleweight) Matthew Riddle vs. Dante Rivera - Riddle won by unanimous decision.
(Lightweight) Spencer Fisher -220 vs. Jeremy Stephens +180 - Fisher won by unanimous decision.
(Welterweight) Diego Sanchez -500 vs. Luigi Fioravanti +350 - Sanchez won by TKO at 4:07 of the third round.
(Middleweight Tournament Finals) Amir Sadollah vs. C.B. Dollaway - Sadollah won by armbar submission at 3:02 of Round One to become the latest Ultimate Fighter winner.
(Middleweight) Evan Tanner -225 vs. Kendall Grove +165 - Grove won by split decision. Most experts agreed that Grove should have won a unanimous decision, as his performance was completely dominant.

UNDERDOG WATCH
So how many underdogs actually won their fights on Saturday? Well, the final number was three. The biggest, according to the betting line, was Dustin Hazelett’s submission victory over Josh Burkman.
