This is a busy week for the UFC. On Saturday, October 18th, UFC 89: Bisping vs. Leben was broadcast for free on Spike TV. Seven days later, UFC 90 will be hosted on pay-per-view. Looks like it’s a great month to be a MMA fan.

RESULTS FOR UFC 89

This event was held at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England. The co-main event was Michael “The Count” Bisping vs. Chris “The Crippler” Leben and Keith Jardine vs. Brandon Vera. While not the most exciting card ever, it was free. Keep that in mind before you bitch too much.

Now that the freebies are out of the way, it’s time to turn our attention to the UFC’s next pay-per-view event. UFC 90 will take place on October 25th at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, and it features a middleweight bout between Anderson Silva and Patrick Cote as the main event.
